About the Event
Join Wolfsmouth Players Company and The Drama League for an exclusive new look at Effigy. Starring Fat Ham’s Calvin Leon Smith, The Niceties’ Jordan Boatman, and others, this history-spanning drama is told in three parts. Effigy examines America’s legacy of racism through the stories of a forgotten revolutionary, an abandoned soldier, and an intimate classroom struggling under the weight of the past.

The staged reading will take place on Monday, June 26 at 2:00 PM at the Drama League (32 6th Ave, New York, NY). The show runs approximately 160 minutes and will be followed by a short reception catered by The Migrant Kitchen.
This reading is being presented for leading industry members. Please be considerate of their privacy. Public tickets are limited; additional may be released dependent on outstanding RSVPs.
